5. Changes to the Service

Telegram Last Seen reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Telegram Last Seen Premium Subscription

a) Premium is a paid subscription service offered through the Telegram Last Seen application. The Premium subscription includes access to additional features such as:

• Unlimited access to advanced features.
• Enhanced functionality for tracking 'last seen' statuses.
• Priority customer support (if applicable).

b) If you elect to purchase a Premium Subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as outlined below:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

c) Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple are subject to Apple’s refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

d) By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that Telegram Last Seen is not responsible for processing payments or refunds. All transactions are handled by Apple, and any disputes regarding payments should be directed to Apple.
